Diane Whiteley is the sole proprietor and chief chocolatier of Birch Bark Candy Company. With years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations in the jewelry, fine art and auction industries, the importance of aesthetics is second nature to her. Diane’s experience is reflected in the preparation of each tray of Birch Bark candy, and in the individual packaging and presentation of each Birch Bark tin.

We make Birch Bark Candy in small batches from our professional kitchen in Rockland County, NY in October and November and deliver it fresh to our customers in November and December. Each tin, adorned with an elegant satin bow, contains over one pound of Bark Candy.
